Rooney sinks Liverpool

The racism storm between Patrice Evra and Luis Suarez is not yet over, and the much awaited duel between these two started well before the match even started, as Evra, in true gentleman and sportsman type readied himself to shake hands with the Liverpool player, but was snubbed by the latter (see image above), and the referee had to intervene to stop any incident from following. However, United gave the reply in the game, as Rooney scored a quickfire double early in the second half, and despite conceding a goal late on from Suarez, United held on to a vital 2-1 win as De Gea yet again saved brilliantly from Johnson’s attempt in added time, soon followed at the final whistle by Evra’s uncontrolled explosion of joy as he went to salute the fans. However, Suarez has shown his narrow-mindedness with the snubbing of the handshake, he who was recently claiming that everything which happened between the 2 men was the past for him. ForEvra Man United!!! (& I made no mistake here 🙂 )
