Awfulness personified

Don’t be misled by the image, Manchester United suffered and made tough work of what should have been an easy match against Fulham, and eventually, the Red Devils were lucky enough to escape unscathered, as Rooney’s single goal on the 41st minute proved to be enough to put United 3 points clear of Man City, but Fulham should have been awarded a penalty in the dying minutes of the game as Carrick gave Murphy a slight push in the back in an attempt to defend, and the latter ended flat on the pitch in the box, but with the referee allowing play to continue. Had it been an opponent like City or any other one which had quality footballers, United would have surely been defeated in this game, such awful was their passing and attempts on goal, and very predictable as well with their moves. Time to really up the game lads if you want to win something this season…
